Jr. Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Junior Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in any field and be computer-literate with strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional strategies and plans to support the company’s business objectives.
• Assist in the analysis and design of functional requirements for applications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all functional requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain process and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Provide user support and training on the applications.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in any field.
• Good knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and Self Organized.
